Saline Area Youth Baseball & Softball (SAYBS) is proud to establish the Saline Area Little League as a charter member of LittleLeague.org, America's official Little League. We are a 501(c)(3) non profit organization administered by elected volunteers. We offer baseball and softball programs to children attending or generally residing within the Saline Area Schools district. We hope to foster the love of baseball and softball for Saline youth through the Little League programs.

We are members of District 3, which includes the Little League organizations for Chelsea, Dexter, Jackson NW, Jackson SW, Lincoln, Milan, Ypsilanti American, and Ypsilanti National. As a chartered league with Little League Baseball/Softball we are now able to play other teams within leagues that are also chartered with Little League Baseball/Softball.

Dear Saline Area Youth Baseball & Softball Families,

I am proud of the strong foundation our organization has built over the years, thanks to the dedication of our players, families, and volunteers. Today, we take the next step! I’m excited to announce that in 2026, we will be joining Little League. This exciting partnership brings fresh opportunities for our community—strengthening our mission to offer a fun, inclusive, and quality baseball and softball experience for all.

This new affiliation will enhance the values and strengths we already have in place, offering expanded resources, training opportunities, and access to additional local, regional and national events. With Little League, we’ll continue to grow and enrich our programs, always with our local community and traditions at heart.
